Hello, Over the coming weeks i will be refurbishing the website to give it a new fresh look! please excuse the appearance of the website whilst i work on the site!
As promised, here are just some of the photos taken at the borders railway opening event! Hello, I am currently in the process of preparing some photos which i took at the Borders Railway opening event which took place at Newtongrange railway station. As Her Majesty The Queen and the Duke Of Edinburgh visited Newtongrange on this momentous occasion for our community.
keep your eyes peeled as photos will be uploaded soon! Today i was lucky to capture some amazing shots of the solar eclipse! I took these photos using a lumix DMC-FS22 compact camera and grade 13 welders glass. Here’s another photo of the moon but a much clearer one taken with the same kit as I used to take my last photo of the moon. I took this outside Crieff Hydro in Crieff Scotland. I am very pleased with the result On the 3rd of January 2015 outside my home in Newtongrange was an amazing sight of the moon. So as a photographer, I wanted to get a perfect detailed photo of the moon and I did! I am very pleased with the results and I hope you like them too. I achieved this image using a tripod, remote shutter release, Canon 1200D and a Tamron 70-300mm tele-macro lens with a lens hood.
